Amazon's massive October Prime Day sale officially wrapped up last night, but that doesn't mean all the savings have vanished. You'll still find plenty of deals floating around on all kinds of tech, home goods and everyday essentials, including TVs, headphones, laptops, apparel, smart devices and much more.
